What happens after my 30-day trial ends?
Your trial gives you full Growth plan access. When it ends, you'll be invited to upgrade at $300/month. If you choose not to, your workspace will be paused — no data is deleted, and you can reactivate anytime.
How does billing work? Is there a self-serve checkout?
During early access, plan upgrades are handled directly with our team. When your trial ends, we'll reach out to confirm your plan and send an invoice or payment link. A self-serve billing portal is on the roadmap.
Is there a credit card required to start the trial?
No. You get 30 days of full access with no card required. We'll reach out before your trial ends to discuss next steps.
Can I cancel during the trial?
Yes, anytime. Your workspace stops at the end of your trial period. Nothing is charged unless you explicitly upgrade.
Who is the Growth plan for?
Teams that hire regularly — especially support, ops, and contact center leaders managing 2–50 hires per year. If you spend more than a few hours per hire on onboarding coordination, Initium pays for itself quickly.
