What is included in Growth?
The Growth plan includes everything in Initium today: AI plan generation, task and milestone tracking, manager visibility dashboard, multi-role workspace, and AI-suggested plan updates. You can onboard up to 10 hires and 10 users during the 30-day trial.
Is Enterprise available now?
No. Enterprise is in active development and is not yet available. We're building HRIS integrations, SSO, and dedicated support tiers. Start on Growth — your feedback shapes what Enterprise becomes.

How does billing work right now?
Your 30-day trial gives you full Growth plan access with no credit card required. When the trial ends, you'll see an upgrade prompt inside the product. To upgrade, email support@initiumapp.com — we'll send you an invoice or payment link for the Growth plan ($300/month). A self-serve billing portal is on the roadmap.
Is there a credit card required to start?
No. You get 30 days of full access with no card required. You'll only be asked for payment details when your trial ends — inside the product, on your own timeline.
Can I move to Enterprise later when it launches?
Yes. Teams that start on Growth and shape the roadmap will be first in line when Enterprise launches. Your workspace, plans, and data carry forward — no migration needed.
What happens if my trial ends and I haven't upgraded?
Your workspace is paused — no data is deleted. You can reactivate anytime. Nothing is charged unless you explicitly choose to upgrade.
