Can I customize the phases for my team?
Yes. After Initium generates the plan, you can edit every phase — adjust the milestone dates, add tasks, remove steps, or restructure the timeline. The 30/60/90 structure is the default, not a constraint.
What if our onboarding ramp is shorter than 90 days?
The framework scales. A 30-day ramp compresses the phases — Initium adjusts task density and milestone gates to fit the actual timeline. Specify the ramp window when creating the hire profile.
Are these generic milestones or actually role-specific?
Role-specific. The 30-day milestone for an L1 support agent is different from the 30-day milestone for a Senior CSM. The phase structure is consistent; the content inside each phase is generated for that specific role.
Can I track progress against each phase?
Yes. The manager dashboard shows progress against each phase — task completion rate, milestone status, and whether the hire is on track for the next phase gate.
