Not a template. A plan built for that exact role.
Initium generates a complete, role-specific 30/60/90-day onboarding plan the moment you add a new hire. Tasks, milestones, and owners are pre-assigned. You review and activate — no blank page required.
Why “template” is the wrong mental model.
Templates are starting points you have to complete. AI-generated plans are starting points that are already complete.
Generic. Designed for an average role that doesn't exist. You fill it in from scratch every time.
Outdated the moment it's written. No accountability. No tracking. No way to know if it happened.
Built from the specific role, team context, and job description. Assigned, tracked, and live from day one.
Everything needed to run onboarding is already there.
30/60/90-day structure
Every plan is organized across three phases — foundation, ownership, contribution — with milestone gates between each.
Owner assignments
Manager tasks and new hire tasks are separated from the start. No ambiguity about who owns what step.
Role-specific tasks
L1 support agent tasks are different from L2 engineer tasks. CSM plans differ from ops lead plans. The AI knows the difference.
AI-suggested updates
When your processes change, Initium surfaces suggestions to keep active plans current. You approve every change.
Pre-launch editing
Review and edit the generated plan before your new hire sees it. Add tasks, remove steps, reorder phases.
Documentation grounding
Upload your existing docs (Confluence, PDFs, Google Drive) and Initium grounds the plan in your actual processes.
Before you decide.
What information does Initium need to generate a plan?
At minimum: the role name and team. For a sharper plan: paste in the job description and any relevant tool or process context. The more you provide, the more precise the output.
Can I edit the plan after it's generated?
Yes — and you should review it before it goes live. After generation, you see the full plan and can add tasks, remove steps, reorder phases, or adjust owners. The new hire only sees the plan once you activate it.
Is the plan actually role-specific or just a template with the role name swapped in?
It's genuinely role-specific. An L1 support agent plan has different tasks from an L2 engineer plan. A CSM plan is built around account ownership, health scoring, and QBR readiness. We test this actively.
What if I have existing onboarding documentation I want to use?
Connect your existing docs — Confluence, Google Drive, Zendesk KB, uploaded PDFs — and Initium generates tasks grounded in your actual processes, not generic best practices.
